This website is operated by Navlosystems (Owner to confirm: legal entity name, business type, and mailing address). Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to hello@navlosystems.com.

When you submit the consultation form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, business email address, industry, and what you want to improve. Our server adds the date and time of the submission.

We use this information only to read and reply to your inquiry and to discuss a possible project with you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an inquiry. Owner to confirm: that inquiries will not be used for marketing without separate consent

Please don’t include sensitive personal information, passwords, or customer records in the form.

• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel keeps these logs according to its own retention settings and our hosting plan.
• Spam protection. To limit abuse of the form, our server uses your IP address to count how many submissions arrive from the same connection in a 10-minute window. The address is converted to a one-way hash before it is used, and the count is discarded when the window ends. If our shared rate-limit store (Upstash Redis) is enabled, these hashed counts are held there for up to 10 minutes; otherwise they exist only in the server’s memory. • Server logs. Our form endpoint records whether a submission was delivered or rejected, an error code, and the email provider’s message ID. It does not log your name, email address, message, or IP address.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own domain, so viewing the site doesn’t send requests to third-party font services.

The Business AI preview on the home page runs entirely in your browser on fictional sample data. Questions you type into it are not sent to us or to any AI service.

If analytics or other tools are added later, this section must be updated before they go live.

We use these service providers to run the site and handle inquiries:

• Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
• Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox by email. Resend keeps a record of sent messages according to its retention settings.
• Our email provider: stores the inquiry emails we receive. Owner to confirm: name of the provider that hosts hello@navlosystems.com
• Upstash (only if enabled): temporary, hashed rate-limit counts.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Legal review: international transfer wording, if you serve visitors outside the U.S.

• Inquiry emails: kept in our inbox for Owner to confirm: retention period, e.g. 24 months, or longer if the inquiry becomes a client relationship, and deleted earlier on request.
• Email delivery records at Resend: kept for Owner to confirm: the retention period on the Resend plan in use.
• Rate-limit counts: up to 10 minutes.
• Hosting logs: according to Vercel’s retention for our plan.

You can ask us what information we hold about you from an inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@navlosystems.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

The site is served over HTTPS, and email-service credentials are kept on the server, never in the browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date. Effective date: Owner to confirm: date the reviewed policy is published.
